We’ve got a serious case of wanderlust going on over here. With the upcoming holidays and any travel cancelled, and many of us with kids at home, our minds have gone into escapism mode. Luckily we are huge fans of armchair travel over here at The Home Studio.
The stunning Hoxton Hotel based in downtown LA immediately resonated with the itch in our feet. What was previously a garment factory is a now a 10 floor hotel. The Beaux Arts building has influenced the hotels interiors, with French finishes like wall panelling, chevron floors and burl timber found throughout.
It also helps that LA is known for its design sourcing, vintage finds and endless chic cafes and restaurants.
We find there is a real sense of escapism at a rooftop bar in the middle of city. This one looks like no exception.
