The challenge was turning this former dark garage into a bright and functional family kitchen. Working within the constraints of the space, our client was focussed on how we could maximise the functional elements of the kitchen, while interacting with the rest of the entertaining and living spaces. Our brief was contemporary but timeless, uncluttered but welcoming, with drama in the colour and materials. With a deep appreciated for practical layouts and the functional side of the design process, our clients were drawn to the importance of day-today tactility of the materials and finishes.
