Blending the client’s progressive approach towards interior design and passion for food, the interiors of the retail store were designed to create a visual experience for customers. By embracing a darkness across the space (including the ceiling) and contrasting this with warm wood panelling that envelops the counters, plus a hybrid of other materials – subway tiles, stone countertops and glass display – it instantly engages the senses. With multiple functional zones, finishes were selected to highlight the service offering at each point, allowing service staff to actively engage with customers.
