Working within a private heritage building, insertions could only lightly touch the original structure. With the flooring foundation repaired, we custom created a mix of wall panelling designs in deep sage green to hold the space together. A mix of booth seating finished in tam leather hues, combined with wood tables and chairs add a golden warmth. Further anchoring the the restaurant to its roots, selected prints display the origins of food sources, while a large client botanical installation commissioned by the client adorns the walls as a focal point of interest.
