Outdoor spaces are such a critical part of the home, and probably impact your space more than you realise. Over the years they’ve gone from afterthought to just as deserving of our time and attention.
A key part of designing your outdoor space is adding comfortable and affordable outdoor furniture – and to be honest, this year it has been a bit of struggle to find pieces that fit our aesthetic, comfort requirements and budget!

When it comes to selecting pieces, we stay away from plastic pieces and plastic rattan weaves. Natural rattan and cane style pieces are best used for a more classic setting, especially ones with lots of space as these pieces tend to be more bulky.
This summer we’ve been leaning towards pieces that bring a sense of chic comfort, a contemporary style and a relaxed ambiance to the setting. Our go to pieces have been armless pieces that are relaxed and welcoming, allowing a space to feel open and inviting, as well as piece with a woven detail for added interest and warmth.
