Plinths and Objects
Nothing says hello beautifully styled home more than a simple plinth holding your favourite object d’art.
Obviously placement is crucial depending on the occupants in your home, as is the weight of the plinth. A heavy piece is ideal for not being easily toppled over by a small rowdy crowd. Tall is also good so no one can reach the top, but we love them in all shapes and sized.

Rounded edges, curved forms and abstract shapes are all furniture elements that contribute towards creating a sculptural feel in your home. While your whole living room doesn’t need to be made up of curves pieces, one or two pieces that compliment the typical rectangular pieces we all own, will have a big impact in a small space.
This is especially true for heavy duty furniture pieces such as kitchen islands, sideboards and bookshelves. A curved edge on these pieces instantly elevates the overall style in the space, and no matter the price point, it looks luxe.

We all know lighting can make or break a space. For that sculptural feel consider lighting that has strong and angled lines and rounded forms.
