March just happens to be one of my favourite months of the year. I’ve always felt that the best weather in Cape Town is during March, once the wind disappears and the blue skies seem endless.
Funnily enough though, March also signals the start of seasonal change. In the shops you see it in sale season and the winter clothes that always seem to appear a little too early in the stores. But we love the promise and excitement that comes with change! The new ideas and planning it brings with it.
This summer we’ve been obsessing over soft terracotta and clay colours, as seen in this trend alert post. Now while we think ahead to cooler months, we are embracing the autumnal shades such as dark terra, spiced honey and salted caramel. Richer and warmer versions of our summer favourites.
With the first two months of the year gone (just like that) we’re also just taking a moment to pause and reflect on our goal of living more intentionally……
